Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Store Support Teammate to help create a great guest experience and support store operations. You will greet guests, handle transactions at the POS, maintain knowledge of promotions and policies, and assist with merchandising tasks and displays.

A team-oriented approach and adherence to Buckle’s policies are essential. The role emphasizes high guest service, a flexible schedule, and collaboration with store leadership to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Process Guest transactions using POS software.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Assist with merchandising tasks and displays within safety height limits.
• Keep store clean, organized, and shoppable.
• Follow Buckle Code of Ethics and store policies.
• Support operations and participate in special projects as needed.
