Michaels - JAX-Orange Park, FL is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help customers shop, locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will also support truck unloading, stocking, and maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

The role involves assisting with BOPIS/SFS, education of VOC surveys, and adhering to SOPs while working flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Must be 16+ and able to stand for long periods.

Qualifikationen

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Must be at least 16 years old in the U.S.

Aufgaben

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Responsible to complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including the merchandise return / go back process and general store recovery
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies; interact positively and model company values
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
