Job summary

Michaels is hiring for a store team member in Superior, CO. You will deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure a fast checkout with proper cash handling. You’ll participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining an in-stock, well-merchandised store.

The role requires retail or customer service experience and includes responsibilities across omnichannel tasks, loss prevention, and SOP adherence. Public-facing and flexible hours expected.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them
• Educate customers on VOC survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram (POG) processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance and go-back process
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies; project a positive image
