Job summary

SKIMS is seeking Seasonal Team Members to support our busiest shopping period in stores. You will greet customers, manage checkout, stock shelves, and help deliver a premium shopping experience during peak season.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have retail or service experience, and enjoy teamwork. This temporary role offers hourly pay of $22 and requires weekend availability, with some shifts overlapping holidays and blackout periods.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide personalized service.
• Learn product stories, sizing, and fit to assist customers.
• Maintain premium brand feel with polished selling behaviors.
• Keep floor stocked, clean, and organized during peak hours.
• Support POS/MPOS transactions with accuracy and care.
• Collaborate with team and adapt to changing needs.
• Be flexible and work across store zones as needed.
• Ask questions, accept feedback, and look for daily improvements.
• Contribute to driving store results and excellent customer experience.
