Job summary

SKIMS is seeking Seasonal Team Members to support our busy holiday season. You will greet customers, learn product stories, and assist with a premium shopping experience. This role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and delivering energized, personalized service in a fast-paced environment.

Availability is required on weekends, with at least one closing shift. You must be 18+ and able to stand for long periods, as well as lift up to 40 pounds when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and create personalized, elevated experiences.
• Learn product stories, sizing, and fit to confidently support customers.
• Maintain premium store feel with professional tone and selling behaviors.
• Keep floor stocked, clean, and organized during busy hours.
• Support POS and MPOS transactions with accuracy and engagement.
• Be adaptable to different store zones and coaching.
• Ask questions, take feedback, and seek daily improvements.
• Contribute to achieving store goals and customer satisfaction.
