lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver exceptional guest service and share top-quality product education in our retail stores. Educators engage guests, connect with the community, and speak authentically about our culture and product lines.

They are responsible for creating a seamless guest experience, moving on the floor to assist customers, and partnering with leadership to address guest feedback and maintain a premium store environment.

• Experience delivering world-class guest service.
• Ability to work flexibly including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a timely manner.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and maintain store standards.
• Assist with transactions and support omnichannel programs (e.g., buy online/pickup in store).
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with leadership to address issues.
