Job summary

Michaels is seeking store team members in Allen Park, MI to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure fast checkout experience. Responsibilities include stocking, merchandising, and supporting Omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

Team members will engage customers with rewards programs, handle cash, and maintain store standards. The role requires standing for long periods and adherence to SOPs. Relevant retail/customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC survey.
• Assist with BOPIS and SFS Omni-channel processes.
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs).
• Maintain stock and merchandise through recovery and returns process.
