Michaels is seeking a store associate for the LI-Commack, NY location to help customers find products, provide friendly checkout, and support day-to-day store operations. You will assist with in-store merchandising, truck unloading, and stock management while promoting the Michaels Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.

The role requires standing for long periods, ability to move around the store, and lifting boxes as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and cash handling to standards.
• Encourage enrollment in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and feedback processes.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Support truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes to maintain in-store presentation.
• Maintain stock and perform merchandise recovery and go-back procedures.
