Michaels is seeking a Store Associate in Commack, NY to assist customers, process quick and accurate checkouts, and support merchandising and stock priorities. The role emphasizes friendly customer service, engagement with rewards programs, and involvement in omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking, maintaining planograms, and contributing to store recovery efforts.

Formación

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and store recovery to keep store well-merchandised and in-stock
• Support Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; interact respectfully and professionally
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
