Job summary

Michaels Grand Forks store is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers in locating products, and ensure a fast, courteous checkout.

Responsibilities include handling cash, enrolling customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, supporting omnichannel activities, stocking, and maintaining in-store merchandising while upholding safety and SOPs. Must be able to stand for long periods and work nights, weekends, and mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to remain standing for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Interact with customers and enroll them in rewards programs.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience with proper cash handling.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and complete enrollments.
• Assist with merchandise stocking, truck unloading, and planogram upkeep.
• Support store recovery, in-stock levels, and SISO/AD set duties.
