Job summary

Michaels is hiring for a store associate in Anderson, SC. You will assist customers, process transactions, and support omni-channel services like BOPIS and SFS. You’ll help keep the store well-merchandised, stocked, and safe, while promoting the rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.

Eligibility requires being at least 16 years old. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking, and helping customers find products with a positive, helpful attitude.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Applicants must be at least sixteen (16) years old.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the rewards program and credit options.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer surveys and gather feedback.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and store recovery.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain in-stock store conditions and support shrink and safety programs.
• Follow SOPs and company policies; uphold professional conduct.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
