Job summary

The Michaels store in SUMTER, SC is hiring for a customer-focused role. You will help customers shop, locate products, and ensure a smooth checkout experience. You will be involved in unloading trucks, stocking, and keeping merchandise well-presented to meet store standards.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash to standards.
• Enrol customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on VOC survey and Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain in-stock store through merchandise recovery and store recovery.
• Support shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and company policies.
