Job summary

Kohl's is seeking an enthusiastic associate to deliver excellent customer service at the point of sale and through customer service processes. You will operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise and handle various payment methods while upholding Kohl's brand standards.

You will participate in daily service processes and contribute to inventory accuracy, training of new hires, and meeting individual goals. 16+ years old with flexible availability encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and multi-tasking abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with products and services, operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise and handle payments.
• Execute POS and customer service standards with courtesy, speed, and accuracy.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty).
• Support inventory accuracy through POS and merchandise disposition practices.
• Assist in training new service team hires and share process best practices.
• Participate in daily service processes such as register balancing and replenishing supplies.
