Kohl’s is seeking a customer-service oriented associate to process POS transactions and assist customers with products and services. You will help maintain accurate cash handling, participate in daily service routines, and support inventory and training activities as part of a collaborative team.

Excellent communication and a friendly, efficient service mindset will help you thrive. The role offers flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends and requires being at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills.
• No prior retail experience required; 16+ years old.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Client-facing service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with products and services, operate a cash register and manage payments.
• Execute point of sale and service standards accurately and courteously.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (credit, loyalty).
• Support inventory accuracy and merchandising routines.
• Assist in training new hires on POS procedures and Kohl’s standards.
• Participate in daily service processes: register balancing, cash handling, replenishment.
