Responsibilities

• Greet customers, operate cash register, scan items, bag merchandise and handle payments.
• Accurately and efficiently execute POS and customer service standards with courtesy, speed and efficiency.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty).
• Support inventory accuracy through POS and merchandise disposition practices.
• Assist training of new hires on the service team and share best practices.
• Participate in daily service processes (register cash balancing, change orders, replenish supplies).
