Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member in Clemson, SC. You will help customers shop, locate products, and provide a fast, friendly checkout experience, including cash handling to standards.

You may be cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production and participate in receiving and stocking duties. This role supports the store in delivering brand promises, maintaining in-stock merchandise, and ensuring a safe, respectful environment for teammates and customers,

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cash register and handle transactions.
• Comfort with store procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in finding products.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Assist with omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
