Job summary

Michaels in Harrisonburg is seeking an associate to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout. You will unload trucks, stock merchandise, and keep the store well-merchandised to support our brand promises.

Responsibilities include engaging customers with rewards enrollments, supporting omnichannel services (BOPIS/SFS), and upholding SOPs, safety, and loss-prevention while collaborating with the team.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks.
• Ability to learn and enroll customers in rewards programs.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Assist with rewards program enrollment and omnichannel services.
• Unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain planograms.
• Support store recovery, SISO, and AD sets while following SOPs.
