Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Harrisonburg is seeking a Seasonal Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will assist with unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining our planograms to keep the store well merchandised.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, supporting BOPIS/SFS processes, and participating in store recovery and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to remain standing for long periods and move around the store.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old per policy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop and find products.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience with proper cash handling.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining planograms (POGs).
• Support store recovery, merchandising, and the buy online pickup in store (BOPIS) process.
• Assist with omni-channel tasks such as SFS and VOC surveys.
