Job summary

You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and merchandising while engaging customers with rewards and services like BOPIS and SFS.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move boxes.
• Strong cash handling and checkout skills.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards and enroll them in Private Label Credit Cards
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and collect feedback
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram processes
• Maintain store recovery including returns and go-backs to ensure in-stock conditions
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs and policies
• Interact professionally with customers and team members; model company values
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
