Job summary

The role covers omni-channel activities (BOPIS, SFS) and adherence to SOPs while delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Engage customers with rewards programs and enroll them when applicable.
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and maintaining planograms (POGs).
• Support store recovery, in-stock conditions, and product availability.
• Participate in Omnichannel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Follow SOPs, safety rules, and company policies.
