Michaels Stores in Beaumont, TX is seeking a customer-focused team member to assist shoppers, manage checkout, and participate in store operations including stocking and merchandising. You will engage customers with loyalty programs and support Omni channel tasks like BOPIS and SFS.

The role emphasizes friendly service, accurate cash handling, and teamwork, with opportunities to learn framing products and contribute to a well merchandised, in-stock store.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Responsible for merchandise recovery and maintenance including returns and stockroom upkeep
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies; promote company values and serve as a role model
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
