Job summary

Duluth Trading Company is seeking a Retail Store Associate to deliver WOW! customer service and support.

You will gain deep brand and product knowledge to provide friendly, solution-oriented service across greeting, fitting rooms, and registers. Responsibilities include assisting with merchandise flow, maintaining displays, processing transactions, and ensuring a clean, store-ready environment while upholding company policies and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience is preferred but not necessary.
• Customer centric mindset and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop familiarity with the Duluth brand and product knowledge to provide friendly, solution-oriented service.
• Layer personalized service from greeting to fitting room to register.
• Effectively communicate sales and promotions.
• Capture emails as part of sales and service and perform to standard.
• Respond proactively to customer concerns with positive resolutions.
• Answer phones courteously and assist with directions and orders.
• Assist in receiving, processing and replenishing merchandise.
• Maintain merchandising and display standards; keep the floor customer-ready.
• Ensure cleanliness of the sales floor, stockroom, restrooms, cash wrap, and hospitality area.
• Process register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to company policies and practices.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
