Job summary

Carter’s in the United States is seeking a Seasonal Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll welcome customers, explain product styles and benefits, and help prep for back-to-school moments in a friendly, inclusive environment.

In this role you’ll handle POS transactions, stock replenishment, and stay alert to promotions and loyalty programs, while delivering exceptional service and maintaining a safe, clean store.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment and balance multiple customers.
• Assist with omnichannel interactions to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
