Carter’s is hiring a Seasonal Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll greet customers, introduce baby essentials, and help families through school-season shopping in our welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with POS transactions, floor replenishment, and promoting promotions and loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, safe store. Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with product styles and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers and balance multiple customers on the floor.

• Process point-of-sale transactions efficiently.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain promotions and the loyalty program to customers.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
