Qualifications

• Welcomes customers with a warm greeting and provides assistance with product styles, features and benefits.
• Confidently and proactively resolves customer issues in a busy retail environment.
• Meets customer needs by assisting with omnichannel experiences as needed for a positive shopping trip.
• Executes and expedites point of sale transactions accurately.
• Completes floor replenishment and shipment as required.
• Articulates current promotional events and the brand loyalty program to customers.
• Maintains a safe, clean store and minimizes store loss through excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits
• Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers and balance a number of customers in a busy retail environment
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed
• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store
