Carter’s is hiring a Seasonal Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll greet customers, introduce baby essentials, help with school prep, and support a welcoming environment that values skills and growth.

Responsibilities

• Process point-of-sale transactions accurately.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program, including credit.
• Minimize loss by delivering strong customer service and keeping the store clean.
