Job summary

Fabletics Retail is seeking a Seasonal Store Associate for the Ridgedale Center location in Minnetonka, MN. The role runs for 3-4 months with potential extension, reporting to the Store Manager.

You will help customers connect their online and in-store journeys, delivering a best-in-class shopping experience. Responsibilities include engaging customers, maintaining merchandising standards, processing inventory, and meeting sales goals while remaining adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities helps connect with customers.
• Strong ability to interact with customers, employees, and partners.
• Ability to work with large teams and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated and a clear communicator.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and stay composed under pressure.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and explain fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store with events and promotions.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance the shopping journey.
• Provide feedback to improve business and meet store objectives.
• Maintain personal sales goals and uphold safety standards.
• Unpack inventory boxes weighing 10–30 lbs when required.
