Job summary

Fabletics Retail is seeking a Seasonal Store Associate for our Glendale Galleria location in Glendale, CA. This role focuses on delivering a best-in-class shopping experience by helping customers connect online and in-store with compelling product knowledge.

The position runs 3-4 months with potential to extend. You will report to the Store Manager, work onsite, and join a lively team with goals to hit. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle products and brands.
• Ability to interact with Customers, Employees and Business Partners.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated and good communicator.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Stand for long periods; 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events and promotions.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines.
• Provide feedback to Store Manager to improve business.
• Meet and exceed store objectives related to performance and quality.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain safety and security standards.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes weigh 10-30 lbs).
