Job summary

Fabletics, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Store Associate to deliver a best-in-class retail experience. You will help customers seamlessly shop between online and physical stores, while leveraging technology and working with a supportive team.

You will engage customers with product knowledge across fabrics, features, and fit, participate in events and promotions, and help maintain merchandising standards to drive sales and a positive environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of work experience in retail preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities such as Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, Running.
• Able to interact with customers, employees and partners inside and outside the store.
• Retail inventory and POS systems familiarity.
• Must be self-motivated, a good communicator and able to multi-task under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide best in class retail store experience using technology to bridge online and in-store shopping.
• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events and promotions and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager to improve customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising and assist in achieving sales goals.
• Support Store Manager with feedback to improve business and performance.
• Maintain safety and security standards and assist with inventory handling.
