Job summary

Fabletics Retail is seeking a Retail Part-Time Store Associate at Ridgedale Center in Minnetonka, MN. You will help customers connect their online and in-store journeys with innovative tech, under a supportive leadership team, while hitting ambitious goals.

You’ll engage customers on fabrics, fit and function, participate in events, and maintain merchandising standards to drive sales. This role requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers by explaining fabrics, features, fit and function of our products.
• Drive customer engagement in-store and at events and promotions.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager to improve the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to create an easy shopping flow.
• Provide feedback to Store Manager to improve business outcomes.
• Strive to meet and exceed store objectives related to performance and sales.
• Maintain safety and security standards in the store.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as needed (boxes weigh 10–30 lbs).
