Job summary

Fabletics Retail is seeking a Seasonal Store Associate for our Park Meadows store in Lone Tree, CO. You will help deliver a best-in-class retail experience and assist the Store Manager with daily operations.

You should be self-driven, high-energy, and capable of engaging with customers, working with a team, and meeting sales goals. The role runs for 3-4 months with potential extension and requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling, and running is helpful.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage customers and provide knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events and community projects.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to keep the store easy to shop and add value to the purchase journey.
• Meet and strive to exceed store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency and quality.
• Unpack inventory and assist with safety and security standards.
