Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Seasonal Store Associate for our Mall of America store in Bloomington, MN. This role supports delivering a best-in-class retail experience and helps customers navigate online and in-store shopping journeys with energetic collaboration with the Store Manager and team.

This temporary position runs 3–4 months with potential extension, requiring flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to engage with customers and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and provide product knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Maintain in-store merchandising and assist with events/promotions.
• Unpack inventory and assist with stock as needed.
• Support Store Manager with daily operations and meet sales goals.
