Job summary

Michaels in Los Angeles West Hills, CA is seeking a Store Associate to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. You will assist with truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

Responsibilities include supporting Omni channel processes, processing enrollments in rewards programs, and contributing to store recovery, safety, and SOP compliance.

Qualifications

• Retail/customer service experience preferred
• Able to stand for long periods and move around store
• Lifting heavy boxes and reaching high shelves
• Follows SOPs and safety procedures

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes
• Maintain in-stock store and merchandise recovery; support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to store policies and treat customers and teammates with respect
