Job summary

You will participate in unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and ensuring the store is well-merchandised and in stock. The role requires customer service experience, the ability to stand for long periods, and to work nights, weekends, and early mornings as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and credit card enrollments.
• Assist with omni-channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain in-stock store and merchandise recovery; support safety programs.
