Michaels Stores in Auburn, ME is hiring for a store associate to deliver friendly customer service, help customers find products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. The role includes unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, and maintaining in-store organization to support our brand promises.

Responsibilities include assisting customers with queries, promoting the Rewards program, and participating in omnichannel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Able to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
