Job summary

Michaels Allentown-Quakertown store is seeking team members to assist customers, manage checkout, and keep the store well-stocked and welcoming. You’ll help customers locate products, explain features, and enroll them in loyalty programs while maintaining fast, friendly service.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking shelves, participating in planogram maintenance, and supporting omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift/move boxes.
• Strong communication and POS/cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and providing solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Michaels Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card.
