Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Willingness to perform stocking and truck unloading

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and private label credit cards, and enroll them
• Educate customers on VOC surveys
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Maintain in-stock conditions and merchandise recovery; complete go-back process
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; promote a positive image
• Interact with customers and teammates professionally; be a role model
