Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. Bonita Springs/Estero, FL store is seeking a friendly team member to assist customers, locate products, and ensure a fast checkout experience.

You will help unload trucks, stock merchandise, and keep the store well-merchandised. Responsibilities include handling sales transactions to standards, enrolling customers in rewards programs, supporting omnichannel efforts like BOPIS and SFS, and contributing to store recovery and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand long periods and move around store.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs).
• Complete merchandise recovery and store maintenance for an in-stock, well-merchandised environment.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs.
