The Michaels Companies, Inc. Port Orange store in Florida is seeking a team member to assist customers, stock shelves, and operate registers with a friendly, solution-oriented approach.

The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and participation in omnichannel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, while maintaining store standards and a safe, welcoming environment for guests.

Formación

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
• Prior experience in a fast-paced retail environment is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Maintain merchandise recovery and store maintenance including returns/go backs
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies; promote a positive image
• Interact respectfully with others; be a role model for team members
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
