Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Educate customers on rewards programs and enroll them as needed.
• Assist with omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in stocking, replenishment, and planogram (POG) compliance.
• Maintain store appearance and stock integrity; support safety and SOPs.
