Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Seasonal Team Member at SouthPark Mall to deliver an exceptional store experience during our peak season. This contract position requires weekend availability, including at least one closing shift, and flexibility to cover different zones as needed.

You will greet customers with warmth, learn product stories, support POS transactions, keep the floor stocked and clean, and collaborate with a high-energy team to drive sales.

Qualifications

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Retail or service industry experience preferred.
• Enthusiastic about helping others and being part of a team.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and willingness to receive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Greet each customer with warmth and poise, delivering elevated, personalized service.
• Learn product stories and sizing to confidently assist customers and build trust.
• Support POS and MPOS transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Keep the selling floor stocked, clean, and organized during peak hours.
• Collaborate with teammates to drive store results and uphold our brand standards.
