The Michaels Companies Inc. Lancaster, OH store seeks a friendly, helper-at-heart team member to assist customers, manage checkout, and support in-store operations.

You will engage customers with Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards enrollment, and participate in stocking, merchandising, and omnichannel processes. Applicants should be able to stand for long periods, lift items, and work nights, weekends, and early mornings as needed.

Formación

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in-store
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards
• Assist with store recovery and merchandise duties to maintain in-stock conditions
• Encourage enrollment in Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards
• Support omnichannel processes including Buy Online Pickup In Store and Ship From Store
• Participate in unload, stocking, and planogram duties
• Assist with shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs
