Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Part-Time Seasonal Team Member for the McAllen, TX store. You will deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure fast, accurate checkout experiences.

You’ll help unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store layout across shifts including nights and weekends. Responsibilities include enrolling customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, supporting omni-channel processes like BOPIS/SFS, and following SOPs while

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform lifting of boxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and assist customers in-store.
• Handle checkout with cash handling to standard.
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise, maintain store recovery and planograms.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs.
