Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments
• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS and SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Support store recovery and merchandise maintenance
• Perform in stock optimization and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
