Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly checkout experience and assist customers throughout the store.
• Assist with truck unloading and stocking shelves, maintaining in-stock conditions.
• Support store recovery, planograms (POGs) and merchandise presentation to meet brand standards.
• Promote Michaels Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments to customers.
• Follow SOPs and safety policies; interact respectfully with customers and team members.
