Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member for our Napa, CA store. This part-time position focuses on delivering a fast, friendly checkout experience, helping customers find products, and promoting rewards programs.

You will help unload merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain in-store cleanliness while supporting planograms and store recovery efforts. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks (standing, lifting, stocking).
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers.
• Unload trucks, stock, and maintain planograms.
• Operate cash register and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Participate in store recovery, SISO and AD set duties.
• Support Omni channel processes and enrollment in rewards programs.
