Job summary

Michaels is seeking store team members in Casper, WY to deliver friendly customer service and support everyday store operations. You will help customers find products, participate in returns, and assist with truck unloads and stocking to keep the store well merchandised.

The role emphasizes a fast checkout, engagement with customers on rewards and private label cards, and adherence to SOPs. Availability for nights, weekends, and early mornings is typical.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience; handle cash accurately to standards.
• Engage customers in rewards programs and enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram processes.
• Maintain in-stock store and perform merchandise recovery as needed.
• Support shrink and safety programs and SOPs.
