Job summary

Michaels in Lexington is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and provide solutions. You will participate in checkout, handle cash, and engage customers with rewards and credit-card enrollments.

You will support omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS, assist with stock, recovery, and planograms, and help maintain a well-merchandised store while following SOPs.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the benefits of rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Maintain in-stock merchandising and complete returns as needed
