Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a store team member for our Bloomsburg, PA location. You will help customers find products, check out efficiently, and keep the floor stocked and organized.

Your role includes unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and supporting store recovery to ensure an inviting shopping environment. You'll engage customers with the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, participate in VO C surveys, and follow SOPs to uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers.
• Conduct fast, friendly checkouts with cash handling.
• Complete truck unloading, stocking, and planogram duties.
• Support Omni-channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Engage customers with rewards programs and enrollments.
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions.
• Follow SOPs and company policies at all times.
