Job summary

Michaels is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member for our store in Bloomsburg, PA. You will help customers locate products, process transactions, enroll shoppers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, and support store operations from shelving to stock rotation.

You will participate in omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS, assist with planograms, and help maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store while upholding SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on Rewards programs and enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Maintain in-stock store through merchandise recovery and returns
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Interact professionally with customers and team members; uphold store standards
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
